Ran 4 miles/ easy pace
- 20 weighted crunches (10 lbs) 2 rounds
- 2o toe touches (10 lbs)
- 20 weighted sit ups ( 10 lbs)
- 1-7 push up ladder
Yesterday’s 5 mile run felt good on my foot but my legs felt like they weren’t moving. I think that the foot is getting better- it just needed rest. The ten miler on Saturday is looking better and better! Today’s run wasn’t bad either. It was a short run but it still did the job. I love having Brian in town because I think he motivates me better than anything!
We have worked out together the past two days and it has been great!
I am so thankful that I have family living near me!
Today’s lunch consisted of spinach, strawberries, eggs, and chicken! It is so much nicer to make food for two people rather than just me.
Brian and I are heading out to have dinner with my best friend and her boyfriend! I can’t wait to catch up with them!! Sorry this isn’t that great of a post, I promise tomorrow will be much more fun!
