Yes, another Monday.
If you are anything like me you were probably dreading waking up this morning. My alarm went off at 5:30 and I was lacking the motivation to get up and go to the gym. Fortunately, my sweet fiance’ called me as my back up alarm clock. The hardest part is getting out of bed, but once I get out of bed it seems a little bit easier… as I walk to my car I think… why am I doing this… sleep sounds so much better right now. And even as I begin my run I am still confused as to why I decided to wake up so early to go to the gym.
I feel like this happens to be a lot but I think the best part is knowing that I am going to feel great after my workout- I will have more energy, I will feel better about myself, and honestly, I don’t think I ever regret waking up to work out. It is just the initial steps of getting out the door and moving for me to realize that!
How I feel after my workout motivates me to get up early and go. Knowing that I have the ability to make it to the gym and work out sets me up for a productive day!
These are such great things to remember on a daily basis! I especially like the Think Positively and Worry Less! I know that sometimes it is hard to do ALL of these things every single day- trust me I struggle with it myself! But maybe we could choose one of these each day and really focus on working on it throughout the day… eventually they will all come together right?! We have a choice to be happy and to love and to work hard- embrace it!
I hope you have a great monday- Think Positive today!
